Five words. Thirty seconds. One of you talking.

Playing as

Everyone plays on their own phone, wherever they are. Get on a call together first: the game carries the words, not the sound.

Play on one phone instead

Everybody in the same room, passing one phone to whoever is describing. No connection needed.

How it works
  1. One player on the team describes, their partner guesses.
  2. Five words appear. Describe them in any order.
  3. Tap a word the moment your partner says it.
  4. Thirty seconds. You score one point per word.
  5. Teams take turns. The describer swaps every time.
  6. Scoring depends on the format you pick.

First to a score: a point per word, and the first team to the target wins once everyone has had equal turns.

Fixed rounds: a set number of rounds, highest total wins. A point per word, and clearing all five adds whatever is left on the clock. Miss one and the bonus is gone, so it becomes a race against the thirty seconds. A pair always plays this way.

No saying the word, part of the word, or anything that rhymes with it. Your table, your rules.
